It’s been a long journey. Whatever has brought you to this point, has taken a toll. You’re stressed with life. Unresolved conflicts or past traumas keep rearing their heads to add to the stress. You notice that same pattern, that same argument, that same worry over and over again. Any efforts you’ve made to fix things have brought only a small amount of relief, and maybe just temporarily. And you are tired of feeling this way – tired of fighting, tired  of feeling alone, tired of talking to friends who can’t seem to help you get to the root of the issue, tired of worrying if things are ever going to change, or where this is going to end up.
